What customers ask before booking
How long does cleaning an air conditioner take?
A single wall-mounted unit takes about 30 minutes. A mini-central unit takes about 20. Ducts take roughly 15 minutes each. For a home with several units we agree a time window in advance so you are not left waiting.
Do I need to be home while you work?
Yes. An adult needs to be at the property to give access to the units, approve the price after the on-site inspection, and accept the work when it is finished.
Are the materials safe around children and pets?
Yes. We use cleaning products made specifically for cooling systems and upholstery. You can go back into the room as soon as we finish — no waiting, no airing out.
How often should an air conditioner be cleaned?
Usually once a year, before summer starts. In a home with allergies, smokers or pets, twice a year is better — before summer and before winter.
How much does it cost?
The price is set after an on-site inspection, based on how many units there are, their size and their condition. Send a WhatsApp message with a few details — how many units, what type and which town — and we will come back to you with an initial estimate.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. A legal invoice is issued when the work is done.
