Terms of service

These terms cover the use of this website and the services provided by Tigers in Cleaning (registered as נמרים בניקיון), Yonatan 13, Bnei Brak, Israel. Using the site means accepting them.

We clean wall-mounted air conditioners, mini-central units, air conditioning ducts, outdoor condensers, sofas and upholstery. Work is carried out at the customer's home or business premises, by appointment.

We clean, wash and disinfect. We do not carry out refrigeration repairs, gas refills, installations or electrical work. If we find a fault outside the scope of cleaning we will tell you and point you to the right trade.

Appointments are arranged in advance by phone or WhatsApp. Please make sure the units can be reached freely. An adult must be present at the property throughout the work — to give access, approve the price and accept the work when it is finished.

The final price is set after an inspection on site, based on the type of units, how many there are, their size and their condition. Any figure given beforehand by phone or WhatsApp is an estimate and is not binding. Work begins only once you have approved the price given on site.

Payment is due when the work is finished. A legal invoice is issued.

You may cancel or move a booked appointment free of charge up to 24 hours beforehand. Cancelling later than that, or not being at the property at the agreed time, may incur a call-out charge.

We stand behind the quality of the work we carry out. If the result is not satisfactory, tell us and we will come back and deal with it.

We are not responsible for faults caused by wear, the age of the unit, poor installation, or a defect that existed before we started. Where a unit is in poor condition we will tell you before beginning work.

The information on this site, including service descriptions and timings, is general and intended as a guide. It may change. The binding information is what is given to you in writing or in person when the work is arranged.
